We are a community-based rehabilitation service providing specialist neurological rehabilitation across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
We work in partnership with you to understand your goals and abilities through detailed assessments and a personalised treatment approach. Our therapy is guided by the latest research in neurological rehabilitation, motor learning, and the brain and spinal cord’s ability to recover and adapt. Treatment is available at our clinic at Calmsden office space, or in the setting that suits you best whether that’s your home, a gym, community centre, or the pool.
Our goal is to help you improve mobility, regain confidence, and maximise your independence in everyday life.

A stroke is a neurological event where reduced blood flow to the brain causes damage to areas controlling movement and sensation.
This can lead to weakness (often on one side), changes in muscle tone, and problems with balance and coordination.
We focus on restoring movement, improving function, and promoting recovery through neuroplasticity.

Parkinson’s Disease
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological condition that affects movement due to a loss of dopamine-producing cells in the brain.
It leads to symptoms such as slowness of movement (bradykinesia), stiffness (rigidity), tremor, and reduced balance and coordination.
We focus on improving mobility, posture, balance, and maintaining functional independence.

Multiple sclerosis (MS)
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition where the immune system damages the protective covering of nerves (myelin), disrupting communication between the brain and body.
This can cause symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, balance problems, and reduced coordination.
We focus on maintaining mobility, improving strength and balance, and managing fatigue to support independence.
